Delivery Time
When you place an order with RareLighting.com, we will attempt to expedite shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Order processing and shipping dates will appear in the email order notifications you receive. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery status in the relevant order summary in Your Account.
International Shipments
For customers located outside the contiguous 48 United States seeking to place an order with us, RareLighting.com requires the use of a U.S. Based "freight forwarder" for large order quantities of your choosing and full payment (credit card or bank transfer) in advance. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the paying customer upon delivery at the "freight forwarder".
Certain minimum orders can be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS as long as purchaser can supply us with a shipping address which has a zip code and state.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from RareLighting.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In certain cases, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
Products and Pricing
RareLighting may discontinue any product at any time without notice. The product prices displayed on this Site do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. Our goal is a 100% error-free Site. If product price errors are discovered, they are promptly corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply. We will notify you if your order includes items that were incorrectly priced. Orders are not binding upon RareLighting until accepted. RareLighting reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Returns Policy
We will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with a purchase, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. A restocking charge of 20% will apply to all items returned when we have made no error in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive unused in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by you. Notwithstanding the above, returns will not be accepted for certain products including, but not limited to, ballasts, linear fluorescent bulbs with a length greater than 48 inches and special order products.
Please email info@rarelighting.com to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address before returning any product.
If you want to replace an incorrect order, you should follow the material return instructions above, and place a new order for the replacement merchandise.
We will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with an order. You should note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.
Warranties
All products are sold "as is" And RareLighting.com disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the products or use thereof, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose, some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusions may not apply to you.
